- Certified Public Accountant (15 years licensed/practicing - currently registered in Michigan, although now focused on management accounting)

- Intuit MasterBuilder Professional Advisor (although no longer supporting this software)
Diane Gilson created Info Plus(+) Accounting® in 1994 with the intent of providing current and future-oriented financial operating information to small and medium-sized businesses. Since the firm’s inception, Diane has focused on helping business owners establish job-cost accounting systems and learn how to access critical day-to-day operating data using QuickBooks as their primary management accounting tool.
Diane brings more than 30 years of auditing, tax, computer accounting systems, budgeting, training, and management accounting experience to her QuickBooks consulting practice. Before founding Info Plus, she spent 14 years in banking, first as Internal Audit Manager, and then as Manager of Management Accounting Systems, where she established bank-wide planning, goal setting, and budgeting processes, accountability reporting, and activity-based-cost profitability measurement systems. Prior to that, she worked first for a national Honor Society, and then as a licensed CPA for a regional CPA firm.
Diane and members of her firm offer Internet-based job-cost and management accounting training. Firm members utilize QuickBooks and Intuit Enterprise Solutions as well as internally developed products to support, trouble-shoot, and coach clients and other consulttants throughout the U.S.

Diane’s expertise and industry experience has earned her a variety of speaking engagements for organizations, including the Michigan Association of CPAs, CAP (Contractors’ Assistance Program), the (NARI) Remodel America (National) Show, the Dwyer Group, the Midwest Builders’ Shows, the Custom Builders Symposium, the National Remodelers’ Shows (six annual shows), the International Builders’ Show (annually since 2000) and various other national, regional, and local construction shows and training seminars.
